Round Table is an idea conceptualized by EmmayHR whereby we invite head honchos of companies from different industries at a common venue to discuss/ debate on a pre determined topic. The objective of these Round Tables is to have a thought provoking interaction and gain insights from the industry opinion leaders of corporate India to get their views, pain points and perspective on the subject. It is an exclusive event and entry is strictly by invitation. Guests are chosen depending on the topic of discussion.
This year the round table was held on June 18th 2008 at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai and the topic was “Have salaries in Corporate India reached a glass ceiling?” There were 17 guests and 3 panelists who participated. The guests not only debated on the topic but also challenged the views presented by the panelists.
EmmayHR also launched its white paper ‘casting the right bait’ at this forum.
