here’s a timeline that explains how this came
to being:
– founded as
a partnership in mumbai, operating in an office not
over 170 sq feet, by its two founders, Monisha Advani
& Madhu Bhojwani. won its first mandate to exclusively
staff the erstwhile wholly owned subsidiary of british
airways p.l.c., wns.
– EmmayHR’s
4 employees place over 2000 candidates in jobs within
the growing bpo, commercial aviation, hospitality and
telecom sector. the office size is still 170 sq feet.
the firm’s reputation has grown larger than that!
– EmmayHR now
has branches in mumbai and pune. total employee strength
between both locations is 15. the client base has expanded
to 20 – all being served in a preferred supplier
capacity.
– transitions
into becoming a private limited company, with a strategic
agenda to develop two distinct product lines –
executive search (middle and senior executive hires)
and recruitment support (entry-level and junior executive
hires, mass recruitment solutions). total employee strength
is 30.
– now operating
in mumbai, pune and bangalore, the product line has
expanded to include recruitment support it (focused
on mass it professionals hiring) and staffing (not payroll
transfers, but sourcing to payroll solutions). the company
also commences serving uk based recruitment partners
to broaden its scope within the growing demand for indian
talent in international markets.
– Randstad
Holding nv acquires 51% in EmmayHR, it’s first
asian acquisition. EmmayHR now operates in mumbai, pune,
bangalore and hyderabad. the employee strength has grown
to 75.
– a decade
old, with product lines that include HR Advisory services,
executive search, recruitment support bpo (mass customized
hiring for the bpo industry), recruitment support it
(mass customized hiring for the it & telecom sectors),
recruit super fast executives (entry-level to junior
executives deployed within fast turn-around-time), EmmayHR
has an employee strength that is over 260 employees.
