Executive Search - the rain maker
Our Executive Search practice was introduced in 2001 with the objective to help clients make an informed decision for their key hires. Internally dubbed as ‘the glass slipper mandate’, the idea is to find an exact, customized FIT to impact an organization favourably.

This practice caters to a talent pool with a minimum experience of about 7 years. Our repertoire of clients belong to diverse sectors such as IT/ ITES, Telecom, Commercial Aviation, Hospitality, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, Auto, Pharma, Retail to name a few thereby offering multiple career opportunities to candidates.

Our functional competency is equally diverse spanning HR, finance, sales, marketing, legal, tax and compliance among others. At EmmayHR, we have facilitated hundreds of strategic management and board level appointments on an exclusive or preferred search partner basis.
